General Info
We design every building individually to take advantage of all aspects of the site and the wants and needs of the occupants. Designing each one has the added benefit of generally costing less than altering a standard plan in the field.
As a guesstamite for pricing: a typical 2000 square foot Eastern White Pine Frame-Only ranges from $22.00 to $32.00 per square foot. A Basic Shell (insulated shell) ranges from $60.00 to $80.00 per square foot. Completed costs will be comparable to other custom homes with a lot of exposed wood finish, with the added benefit of lower heating and cooling costs.

- 99% waterproof upon completion by our factory crew
- Ready to wire, plumb, and HVAC
