Since 1977, Timber Frames Inc. has been building high quality timber frame homes (post and beam homes) throughout the Rochester, NY and Finger Lakes region of Western New York and surrounding areas.

Timber Frames, Inc. uses a method of construction called "post and beam" for each of the individual timber frame homes we build. Our craftsmen cut and secure our framing timber one by one, by interlocking mortise and tenon joints, pegged with oak trunnels. Our standard timber framing is Eastern White Pine. We also offer Forest Salvage Douglas Fir and Western Red Cedar.
