Since 1977, Timber Frames Inc. has been building high quality timber frame homes (post and beam homes) throughout the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York and surrounding areas.
Timber Frames, Inc. uses a method of construction sometimes called "post and beam" for each of the individual timber frame homes we build. Our craftsmen cut and secure our framing timber one by one, by interlocking mortise and tenon joints, pegged with oak trunnels. Our buildings are framed with your choice of Eastern White Pine, Forest Salvaged Douglas fir, Western Red Cedar, or Radio Frequency Kiln Dried Douglas Fir.
